   De Homine Urbano Vinyl LP Philips Ache was one of the first progressive rock bands to come from Denmark. "De Homine Urbano" was their debut, and probably their best release. The album consisted of just two side-long suites. The title-track was, according to the band themselves, the world's first "rock ballet".

   De Homine Urbano was the debut album by the Danish band Ache. It's a fine working mix of early progressive rock and psychedelia. The A-side is more progressive here while the psychedelic elements are more present on the B-side track "Little Things". Both of the songs are enjoyable but I still might prefer the side B a little bit more.

   In true Ache tradition a rock opera (with Bo Lillesøe writing the libretto) named Pictures From Cyclus 7 was soon recorded and released. This is another interesting effort, although their final album Blå Som Altid wasn't up to the previous standards. 1)DE HOMINE URBANO ' PHILIPS PY 2)GREEN MAN ' PHILIPS

   Side A De Homine Urbano was staged at Det Kongelige Teater in Copenhagen in as the first danish Rock Ballet. Side B contains various Ache compositions made between Rated 2-star rarity in "Rarebookings Rare Records of Scandinavia". Condition: Vinyl is visually Excellent with light sleevescuff and plays Very Good++ to Excellent.
