digitally remastered and expanded reissue of the album from Liverpudlian nutters Dalek I Love You (who have also released music under the name Dalek I). Features seven bonus tracks including B-sides and a previously unreleased dub version of '12 Hours Of Blues'/5(11).
  2. Zulunos says:
The lyrics are driven by dark satire giving the album a Gothic feeling. If you love 80's new wave, you MUST have this album! I had the original vinyl and I was really lucky to get it on CD when it was reissued a few years ago but I would pay $50 or a $ if I had to. For me, this is the best new wave album ever made/5(11).

Reissue. Digitally remastered and expanded edition of the eponymous album from Dalek I Love You. Dalek I Love You were a synthpop group from Liverpool, England. At various points in their existence, the band was also known as Dalek I. Record executives at Phonogram shortened the band's name without telling them/5(11).

  6. Donos says:
If you ever wanted to know what OMD was about in the first place, listen to this group - dark and catchy, Dalek I/Love You (occasionally both interpretations) were as every bit as exciting. Their first two 7"s demonstrate how serious childishness can be - just when you think it pure self-indulgence ('Dalek I Love You'), it is kicking you in the.
  7. Nigar says:
The Dalek I Love You album had soured Gill to the business of music. Afterwards, I didn't want to be involved in commercial music again. There was a lot of stress and unhappiness with the business side of things. Put it this way: there was more pressure to be successful than to make a good record.
  8. Gugami says:
The band's first two albums were reissued in the UK on compact disc, Compass Kumpas in by Fontana Records (with four bonus tracks), and Dalek I Love You in by Korova (in a remastered and expanded edition).
